Shipping
All Selvarno orders ship from our California fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the door.
- U.S. Standard — Free over $95 · $7 flat under $95 · 3–5 business days
- U.S. Express — $18 · 1–2 business days
- Canada — $14 standard · 5–8 business days
- UK & EU — $22 express · 4–6 business days · duties prepaid
- Rest of world — Calculated at checkout · 6–10 business days
Returns
Not in love? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags and dust bag. Monograms and final-sale items are not returnable.
- Start your return at our returns portal.
- Print the prepaid label (U.S. orders) or use the provided instructions.
- Drop off at any carrier location. Refunds land in 3–5 business days after we receive your parcel.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Choose “Exchange” in the portal — we’ll hold your new piece for 7 days while your return is on its way.
Lifetime Repair Promise
If a strap, zipper, or piece of hardware ever fails through normal wear, we’ll repair it free for as long as you own your bag. Email care@selvarno.com with photos and we’ll take it from there.
